Description
The "Supply Security Fund" Schleswig-Holstein supports pioneering projects aimed at strengthening and further developing outpatient, inpatient, and cross-sector healthcare services – with a special focus on rural areas. Sponsors such as cooperatives, public institutions, or companies can apply for grants of up to 500,000 euros for construction measures, investments in innovative concepts, as well as the transfer of new scientific findings. Funding is provided, among other things, for mobile, technical, and digital solutions that contribute to comprehensive, needs-based care and offer potential for future standard care. The maximum project duration is 36 months; a prerequisite is that these are new care approaches that go beyond standard care and are implemented in Schleswig-Holstein.
Eligible applicants include outpatient contract physicians, medical care centers, medical centers, corporations such as KVSH, KZV SH, ÄKSH, Ärztegenossenschaft Nord, and the General Practitioners Association Schleswig-Holstein, as well as sponsors of hospitals, rehabilitation and nursing facilities, or municipal authorities. The funding guideline is valid until February 28, 2029; however, applications are currently not possible. With this initiative, the Ministry of Justice and Health sets an important impulse for securing basic medical care and promoting innovative, cross-sector models in Schleswig-Holstein. Interested institutions should keep an eye on the funding guideline and detailed requirements to submit pioneering projects when application submission resumes.
