Description

The Heidehof Foundation offers an uncomplicated way to have project concepts preliminarily reviewed in the funding areas of education, environmental/nature conservation, social affairs, children and youth, engagement for social cohesion/democracy, vocational training & further education, energy efficiency & climate protection, as well as work & social issues through the preliminary inquiry (project idea). Non-profit organizations, educational institutions, interest groups, other associations, and public institutions from all over Germany can submit their project draft at any time via the provided preliminary inquiry form. Within two weeks, an initial assessment regarding the suitability and meaningfulness of a full application will be provided. The Heidehof Foundation particularly evaluates the content alignment with its funding objectives and the prospects of success for a subsequent application.

The preliminary inquiry is specifically aimed at project managers seeking well-founded guidance before preparing extensive application documents. The prerequisite is that the submitted project idea corresponds to one of the aforementioned funding areas. Only the completed preliminary inquiry form is required. Since inquiries can be made at any time and there are no fixed deadlines, the applying organization quickly gains clarity about the funding potential of their project. This supports efficient planning and helps avoid potential resource waste.
