The Unternehmen Wald Foundation offers companies of all sizes across Germany diverse opportunities to actively engage in nature and environmental protection as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility. The focus is on sponsorship and cooperation programs for near-natural forest plantings, forest conversion, the establishment of traditional orchards and flowering areas, as well as sustainable species protection and environmental education projects. Under the professional guidance of forestry experts, site-appropriate deciduous and coniferous tree species are selected and integrated into existing forest areas or reforested on damaged sites. The publication of individual tree certificates and the use of the foundation’s symbol within sponsorship measures also strengthen the company profile and communicate commitment both internally and externally.
Project inquiries can be submitted at any time: a brief project outline or an existing exposé as a basis is sufficient via email. The services provided – from site selection through approval processes to final documentation with location coordinates – are transparently listed in the cost breakdown. In addition to classic planting activities with employees and customers, the Unternehmen Wald Foundation offers individual environmental education formats for children and youth as well as special species protection measures, for example for endangered forest inhabitants.
