Advanced Training Internship (Prof. Joachim Lenz Foundation)

The one-year advanced training internship offered by the Prof. Joachim Lenz Foundation is aimed at foreign university graduates who wish to deepen their professional and intercultural skills within a German company. In participating companies across Germany, interns have the opportunity to experience German corporate culture firsthand and gain practical experience in their field of expertise. Funding is provided as a grant and is available to both individuals and companies. Participation requires the completion of a foreign university degree, interest in a twelve-month internship in Germany, as well as willingness to be mobile and engage in intercultural collaboration.

The foundation’s program aims to establish long-term partnerships between Germany and the countries of origin. Participants benefit not only from their personal and professional development but also make a valuable contribution to strengthening local companies in Eastern Europe and now worldwide upon their return. At the same time, German host companies gain opportunities to build international networks and open themselves to skilled professionals from abroad.
