Description

The Continuing Education Guideline 2026 of the Investment Bank of the State of Brandenburg (ILB) has offered a continuous funding opportunity for professional qualification measures since 2024. Private individuals, companies, legal associations, as well as volunteers from Brandenburg can benefit from the education voucher with a 60% subsidy for individual training and further education. The program also supports corporate and non-profit institutions with a flat-rate funding share of 50% to specifically strengthen employees, association members, or volunteers in the areas of digitalization as well as their professional and personal development. The goal is to secure skilled labor, develop future-proof competencies, and strengthen structural potentials in the region. This enables a sustainable enhancement of the Brandenburg labor market as well as an increase in employer attractiveness and engagement at the municipal level.

Certified courses, tuition fees, honoraria for external trainers, and seminar costs are financed. Applications can be submitted via the ILB customer portal until June 30, 2027; a prerequisite is a registered office or residence as well as employment or association location in Brandenburg. The funding rate is 60% for employees and 50% for companies, associations, and volunteers. Applications can be submitted continuously, ensuring quick processing. Through the combination of financial relief and professional support, the guideline not only supports individual career paths but also contributes to the innovation capacity and competitiveness of Brandenburg’s economy and civil society.
