The residential complex was built over 35 years ago according to the founder’s wishes and is continuously modernized to ensure contemporary standards and an attractive living environment. Each one-room apartment features approximately 36 m² of living space, a loggia, a fitted kitchen, and a cellar room; two-room apartments additionally offer a separate bedroom with about 56 m². Rent costs are tiered according to location and remain particularly affordable, with monthly cold rents ranging from €278 to €510 plus calculated advance payments for operating costs.

The surroundings are characterized by excellent infrastructure: S-Bahn and bus stations, medical care, shopping facilities up to the Alstertal Shopping Center, as well as green recreational areas are in close proximity. Common rooms on the ground floor promote social participation through a library, craft and event rooms, as well as regular courses and volunteer activities. Three guest double rooms and in-house laundry facilities provide additional comfort. Interested persons who have reached retirement or pension age and whose income and assets meet the requirements of the tax code may contact the management at any time to obtain further information and to apply for a place in this subsidized senior residence.
