The Familienglück Foundation enables a reflective Christmas celebration for mothers and children in registered women’s shelters nationwide through the WunschGlück campaign. The aim of the initiative is to fulfill a personal Christmas wish for every mother and child in protective accommodations: all participating facilities receive 100% funded vouchers, which residents can use to purchase individually selected gifts. The charitable funding is exclusively directed at registered women’s shelters in Germany, thereby specifically strengthening social engagement for the promotion of women, children, and youth as well as social cohesion.

Interested women’s shelters can register by November 30th via the official registration form and submit the current exemption notice simultaneously. After positive verification, the foundation sends the festively packaged vouchers directly to the facility – no additional organizational effort arises, as distribution on site is straightforward. Complete documentation and valid registration as a women’s shelter are the central evaluation criteria. The campaign offers nonprofit organizations a simple funding opportunity without co-financing to make the Christmas celebration personal and appreciative for those seeking protection. Interested facilities receive all necessary application documents in good time before the registration deadline.
