Description

The project Zeitbild UNI: Endo … what??? is a nationwide awareness campaign by the Zeitbild Foundation that draws attention to the topic of endometriosis at 200 high-traffic university locations through a large-scale poster campaign. The analog presence is complemented by a free, eight-page e-magazine for students as well as a digital web portal that consolidates reliable information on symptoms, diagnostics, and therapy options. A freely orderable multi-poster offers universities, university hospitals, and teaching hospitals the opportunity to continuously provide multipliers, educators, and students with up-to-date facts and support services, thereby promoting an informed and mindful approach to the disease.

The target group includes students and educators at universities, university hospitals, as well as multipliers and the interested public throughout the entire country. By providing all materials as free, postage-paid orders via the official order form, educational institutions can participate flexibly and continuously. Considering that around ten percent of women of reproductive age are affected by endometriosis, the funding aims to disseminate knowledge, empower those affected, and break down taboos. The project is offered as a grant measure, funded by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth, and is permanently available, linking the fields of education, health, women's advancement, and vocational training to create sustainable structures for education and support.
