The funding program “Grant for the Preparation of Potential Analyses for Land Development within the Framework of the Land Fund” is aimed at offices and municipalities in Schleswig-Holstein that intend to develop new areas primarily for residential use. The focus is on inner-city development areas as well as small-scale consolidation plots. The program’s goal is to clarify the legal and economic framework conditions at an early stage, thereby minimizing the financial risk associated with residential developments.
