Bischöfliche Stiftung Gemeinsam für das Leben
About the funder
The Episcopal Foundation Together for Life was established in 2001 by Bishop Dr. Josef Homeyer to promote a "new culture of life." With an endowment of €2.7 million and fiduciary administration by the Episcopal General Vicariate of Hildesheim, it supports initiatives and projects dedicated to the protection and dignity of human life at all stages. This includes the protection of unborn life, the support of the disadvantaged and vulnerable, as well as care for the elderly and dying. The public law foundation is a member of the Association of German Foundations. The approval of funding is the responsibility of the Foundation Advisory Board.
