About the funder
The Carl Beermann Foundation is the first partner foundation within the foundation network of the Bürgerstiftung EmscherLippe-Land and was established by the entrepreneur Carl Beermann. Its goal is to provide disadvantaged children and adolescents with a warm lunch at schools and to promote social cohesion as well as the health of young people through sports projects such as "No Child Without Sports." The foundation utilizes the infrastructure and administration of the Bürgerstiftung EmscherLippe-Land to deploy funds efficiently and purposefully, without creating additional administrative burden for the founder.
