About the funder
The Christian Foundation North-East was established in 2003 as a legally recognized foundation under civil law by private founders. It is a social-diaconal, non-profit foundation that uses its funds directly as well as in cooperation with other welfare organizations for project funding—without bureaucratic detours. Based on Christian charity, it assumes social responsibility in Frankfurt am Main and the surrounding area.

Mission & Vision
Our mission is to support people in need in the metropolitan area of Frankfurt am Main in an unbureaucratic manner, based on Christian charity. Through direct allocation of funds and cooperation with non-profit organizations, we promote sustainable self-help, social participation, and new life perspectives.
Target groups
We target people in the greater Frankfurt am Main area who are experiencing social, emotional, or material hardship. This includes single parents, families in economic crisis, migrants and refugees, individuals in precarious life situations, sex workers, as well as children and adolescents receiving palliative care. Our funding programs support individuals and families in overcoming challenges and reintegrating stably into society.
