About the funder
The non-profit foundation DIALOGE & Begegnungen supports initiatives, institutions, and research projects that oppose racist, ethnic, cultural, or religious discrimination. Its overarching goal is to strengthen tolerance and the ability to engage in dialogue, especially among young people, and to reduce prejudices. To this end, it provides both ideological and financial support to non-profit institutions and initiatives as well as scientific peace research projects, particularly in conflict zones, and facilitates intercultural learning. Its central project, "Holidays from War," offers young people from crisis areas non-violent, dialogical conflict resolution workshops and educational programs.

Mission & Vision
DIALOGUE & Encounters is committed to fostering prejudice-free communication among young people from racially, ethnically, culturally, or religiously disadvantaged backgrounds. The foundation believes in the transformative power of encounter and dialogue. We support projects that build bridges between cultures and strengthen the capacity for peaceful conflict resolution.
Target groups

The focus is on projects that promote tolerance, reduce prejudices, and open up new perspectives for young people from socially or financially disadvantaged backgrounds.
