Mission & Vision

The Friedrich Flick Förderungsstiftung has the primary purpose of strengthening the common good through funding grants. Its focus areas include supporting research projects and technical developments, promoting young talents and gifted emerging professionals, as well as supporting educational institutions and social projects. It aims to provide impetus for innovation and social participation and to establish sustainable structures in science, education, and culture in the long term.

Target groups

Funding is provided to scientists and research institutions – particularly in economics, engineering, and research – as well as to talented young professionals and students. In addition, the foundation may support tax-privileged institutions that allocate funds to projects in education and upbringing, youth and disability assistance, social services, as well as arts and culture.
