Gerlinde-Beck-Stiftung
About the funder
The Gerlinde Beck Foundation was established on December 23, 1995, as a non-profit, legally capable private law foundation based at Dätzingen Castle. The purpose of the foundation is to promote the artistic work of the founder Gerlinde Beck and to preserve it for the public – especially for young people. It supports the visual arts in the broadest sense and emerging artists by making sculptures, paintings, drawings, and graphics accessible for study purposes, organizing exhibitions and symposia, granting scholarships, supporting scientific research, creating temporary employment opportunities, as well as providing subsidies for the costs of artistic works.
