About the funder
The Herbert Worch Foundation is a non-profit civil law foundation established in 1997 and based in Bonn. It was founded by the family of Herbert Worch, former Managing Director of the Deutsche Herold Insurance Group. Since 2013, the foundation has consistently supported applied clinical research projects in geriatric medicine in close cooperation with institutions and hospitals in Bonn.

Mission & Vision
The Herbert Worch Foundation aims to sustainably promote science and research in medicine and the biosciences, with a special focus on geriatric medicine.
