Target groups
IB.SH targets companies and start-ups in Schleswig-Holstein, private individuals (especially for the acquisition of residential property and energy-efficient renovations), municipalities and municipally affiliated companies, as well as public institutions and non-profit or social organizations. It offers them consulting, loans, grants, and equity capital for investments in the economy, housing, infrastructure, energy and environmental projects, as well as measures in the fields of work and education.
