Mission & Vision

The Johanna Quandt Foundation is committed to making entrepreneurs visible as the pillars of a market-based society. Our goal is to deepen the understanding of market economy relationships and strengthen societal acceptance of entrepreneurial achievement through the promotion of economic journalism, academic initiatives, and medical research projects.

Target groups

Our programs are aimed at young journalists and media professionals up to 35 years old with initial experience in business journalism, business journalists and media creators who present entrepreneurial topics in an understandable way (Herbert Quandt Media Prize), as well as scientists, universities, and research institutes in the fields of business, technology, and medicine who develop application-oriented projects and transfer knowledge (Johanna Quandt University Foundation, Charité Foundation).
