Mission & Vision

Our mission is to preserve and enhance the quality of life for older adults. We promote independent and self-determined living in old age, advocate for continuous quality improvement in care, and see ourselves as bridge-builders between generations. In doing so, we adhere to the principles of good foundation practice and place great value on efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability.

The funding programs are aimed at indigent and deserving elderly individuals, as well as institutions and associations that provide direct elderly care, and at research and teaching institutions that address topics related to elderly care, human rights in old age, age discrimination, and mental health in old age in a practical and sustainable manner.
