Mission & Vision
Our mission is to improve the quality of life for all people in Schleswig-Holstein by strengthening social participation, supporting families, bringing generations together, promoting integration, and advancing gender equality. We develop and shape the framework conditions that support and protect people in all stages of life.
Target groups
The target groups of the Ministry include children, adolescents, families, senior women and men, migrants, as well as all genders. Furthermore, the Ministry's work is directed at social organizations, associations, and institutions within the state that are active in the aforementioned policy areas, in order to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive social, youth, family, and equality policy.
