About the funder
OeAD-GmbH is Austria's national agency for education and internationalization. As a non-profit limited liability company owned by the Republic of Austria with representatives from the Federal Ministry for Women, Science and Research, it advises, funds, and connects individuals and institutions from education, science, research, and culture. It serves as the national agency for Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps and operates diverse funding programs across the entire education spectrum from kindergarten through school and higher education to adult education, as well as youth and sports promotion. Financing is provided by several federal ministries, the Austrian Development Agency, and the European Commission. With a focus on mobility, international exchange, quality assurance, and transparency, OeAD supports innovation and capacity development in the education and research sectors.

Mission & Vision
As an agency of the Republic of Austria, OeAD promotes inclusive, equitable, and high-quality education. Target groups
The funding and service offerings of OeAD are aimed at a wide range of stakeholders: children and young people in kindergarten and school; students, researchers, and teaching staff at universities; institutions of vocational education, adult education, as well as in the fields of youth and sports; cultural institutions and civil society partners; companies, as well as regional and international authorities. OeAD supports individuals and organizations in cross-border projects, mobility and exchange programs, scholarships, and strategic initiatives in the education and research sector.
