Mission & Vision

The foundation accompanies current social developments with a variety of discussion and learning opportunities. It aims to stimulate critical thinking and emancipatory action and to strengthen political education. The goal is to encourage people to engage competently and confidently in emancipatory, humanistic, and democratic-socialist causes and to create spaces where actors from social movements, trade unions, and parties can learn and debate together.

Target groups

The offerings are aimed at all those interested in political education, particularly individuals from social movements, trade unions, parties, and civil society initiatives in Hamburg and the surrounding area. They address people who engage in a critical-analytical examination of social, economic, and historical issues and who wish to commit themselves to emancipatory, democratic-socialist perspectives.
