About the funder
The purpose of the Rudolf-Vogel-Stiftung is to promote outstanding geo- and mining-scientific work for the exploration and utilization of deposits through the income generated from the foundation's capital. Possible projects include awards for excellent dissertations, diploma, bachelor’s, and master’s theses, as well as financial grants for scientific projects, support for scientific collaboration with domestic and foreign universities, and aid for research and teaching activities in need.

Mission & Vision
The Rudolf Vogel Foundation is committed to supporting high-quality research achievements in the field of geosciences and mining. Target groups
Funding is provided to members of the Clausthal University of Technology who study, teach, or conduct research in the field of geo- and mining sciences. Eligible to apply are students, doctoral candidates, faculty members, and research staff who have produced outstanding work in the aforementioned field or have initiated projects.
