Mission & Vision

Our mission is to create a family-friendly and youth-appropriate environment in Austria. We are committed to improving the living conditions of families with children, empowering the younger generation, and promoting their active participation. Through evidence-based policies, targeted funding programs, and accessible advisory services, we establish a comprehensive framework that supports equal opportunities, social inclusion, and a sustainable future.

Target groups

The section is aimed at all families in Austria – in particular parents and legal guardians with children – as well as children, adolescents, and young adults. It also includes multiprofessional actors in family and youth services, educational institutions, municipalities, and organizations that require advice, funding, and support in the implementation of family and youth policy measures.
