The Business Unit 1 – Administrative Authorities is a central department of the City of Villach’s Magistrate Directorate. It is responsible for the implementation and coordination of administrative tasks in the areas of citizen services, health and prevention, facility regulations and environmental protection, building authority, penal office, social affairs, as well as child and youth welfare. Under the leadership of Mag.a Angelika Chmelar, the authority ensures the smooth organization and processing of concerns and serves as a central point of contact for citizens.
