About the funder
STARS4KIDS is a legally recognized foundation under civil law with its administrative headquarters in Runding, Bavaria. Since its establishment in 2003, it has been supporting children's aid projects worldwide in countries with high poverty levels. The focus is on projects related to family, child, and youth welfare, poverty and disaster relief, as well as education and health promotion. Funds are generated through fundraising activities such as charity raffles, benefit matches, and auctions. With the proceeds, STARS4KIDS supports the construction of schools, orphanages, workshops, and hospitals, as well as training projects and the distribution of aid supplies to the poorest regions of the world.

Mission & Vision
We support recognized projects that advocate for children suffering from poverty, hunger, and/or violence. Our mission is to create a world where no child has to live in distress.
Target groups
The foundation targets children, adolescents, and families in socially disadvantaged areas and hunger regions worldwide. It particularly supports disadvantaged and needy minors, orphans, refugee children, as well as children in disaster and poverty-stricken areas. In doing so, it works closely with partner organizations and local aid agencies.
