About the funder
Stiftung :do is a non-profit foundation under civil law based in Ahrensburg. It supports projects and initiatives that facilitate the path to the destination country as well as the arrival and stay of refugees. The foundation focuses its funding priorities on the strengthening of rights, medical, psychological, and material care, as well as cultural and social integration activities. Additionally, Stiftung :do supports migrant engagement, particularly in East Germany and at the EU external borders.

Mission & Vision
We aim to provide refugees with a dignified perspective by strengthening their rights and enabling their access to care and integration. Our mission is to promote the social participation and self-determination of refugees, as well as to strengthen social cohesion through cultural and social projects.
Target groups
The funding programs are aimed at projects, initiatives, and organizations committed to refugees and migrants. This includes civil society groups and aid organizations that provide medical, psychological, and material support, as well as cultural and social projects that promote integration locally. A special focus is placed on migrant engagement in East Germany and along the EU external borders.
