Mission & Vision

The Stiftung OlympiaNachwuchs Baden-Württemberg aims to sustainably strengthen youth elite sports in the state by supporting young squad athletes in their athletic and professional development. It consolidates public funds, private donations, and cooperation with Olympic training centers, associations, and partner institutions to optimally support talents on their path to the Olympic and Paralympic Games as well as European and World Championships.

Target groups

The funding programs are aimed at young top athletes from Baden-Württemberg in the Olympic, perspective, supplementary, and junior squads (NK1, NK2) who are members of a sports club with competition rights in Baden-Württemberg. Support is provided to athletes with international prospects who require social or financial assistance and are in the qualification phase for major international events.
