Mission & Vision
The Walter-Kolb-Stiftung e.V. is committed to promoting equal opportunities in education by offering individual educational and career counseling. Our goal is to support people, regardless of financial or personal circumstances, in achieving professional qualifications, making continuing education decisions, and actively shaping their career paths. We always operate independently, impartially, and free of charge.
Target groups
Our services are aimed at employed individuals without or with insufficiently recognized professional qualifications, job seekers and career returnees, students and pupils seeking career guidance, as well as semi-skilled and unskilled workers in the Rhine-Main area who wish to obtain a professional qualification. We especially support people who need to overcome financial or personal barriers, are seeking career reorientation or further qualification, and desire free, independent, and provider-neutral assistance.
