Description
The ARF Primary Care Funding – Processing Costs supports companies, start-ups, non-profit organizations, and public institutions based in Austria nationwide in implementing projects in the field of primary care on a cost-covering basis. The objective of measure 4.A.2 is to provide financial resources through AWS as the processing agency for the provision and management of healthcare services. Both new primary care unit establishments and projects in the areas of climate, social inclusion, digitalization, infrastructure, as well as education and training are funded. The EU initiative NextGenerationEU provides the necessary grant funds to ensure comprehensive, high-quality, and solidarity-financed healthcare and to realize forward-looking projects.
Interested institutions or project sponsors based in Austria may submit applications at any time, provided the planned activities fall within the specified funding areas and contribute to strengthening primary care. Funding is granted in an uncomplicated and continuous manner, as applications can be submitted on an ongoing basis. A prerequisite is project activity that complies with the funding guidelines and generates a sustainable impact in the areas of health, climate protection, social inclusion, digitalization, infrastructure, or education and training. This financial support promotes the development of innovative care concepts that will strengthen Austria’s healthcare infrastructure in the long term and facilitate access to integrative care services.
