Description
The project and annual funding in the fields of Fine Arts, Design, Photography, and Architecture in Carinthia supports individual projects, annual programs, as well as publications and art initiatives in public and digital spaces. Digitization projects, art mediation activities, and international cultural exchanges are also funded. Eligible applicants include natural and legal persons – among them artists, cultural workers, companies, and non-profit organizations – provided that their headquarters or activities are located in Carinthia and the project falls within the aforementioned creative spectrum. Through the continuous awarding of grants, this measure aims to strengthen both thematic and cross-disciplinary initiatives and to sustainably promote cultural diversity in the federal state.
Applications can be submitted online at any time via the central form portal of the State of Carinthia. Required documents include the completed funding application form, information on the accounting of funds, proof of use in the form of balanced original receipts, and a written report on the use of funds. For funding amounts of at least 30,000 euros, a detailed income and expenditure statement must also be submitted. Payment is made after verification of all evidence; original receipts will be returned after the procedure is completed.
