A prerequisite for approval is the submission of the application before the start of the project to the Investment Bank of the State of Brandenburg and compliance with the specified technical minimum requirements. The application requires a cost breakdown, design plans, calculation of living space, land register excerpt, cadastral documents, a PEP declaration, and proof of equity and income conditions.
