Description

The funding measure of the European EAFRD program specifically supports non-profit organizations as well as public bodies in Upper Austria and Vienna during the period 2023–2027. With a grant of up to 65 percent, it promotes investments in flexible and decentralized facilities for social services in rural areas. The focus is on early childhood education and care facilities for the age group 0–6 years, nursing and care centers, as well as psychosocial support services. This sustainably improves the compatibility of family, work, and private life and creates a high-quality network for children, adolescents, and people in special need.

Projects with total costs not exceeding 5 million euros and implemented in rural areas are eligible for funding. Eligible expenses include tangible and intangible investments as well as planning and consulting costs; non-cash contributions and material and personnel costs related to the measure are excluded. Selection is carried out through a transparent procedure by an advisory committee. Applications can be submitted via the eAMA DFP platform from 01.07.2023 until 31.12.2027. The basis for this is the information sheet for funding measure 73-11 and the special directive of the State of Upper Austria, which detail all relevant requirements and documents.
