Description
The ELER 2023–2027 program "Knowledge Transfer for Non-Agricultural Fields" targets stakeholders from Burgenland, Carinthia, Lower Austria, Upper Austria, Salzburg, Styria, Tyrol, Vorarlberg, and Vienna. It promotes professional and personal further education and training as well as information measures outside traditional agricultural sectors. As a grant-based funding, co-financed by the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Climate and Environment (BMLUK), it supports educational and research institutions, non-profit organizations, companies, public institutions, private individuals, and start-ups. The funding volume is budgeted under measure 78-03 according to the Austrian CAP Strategic Plan 2023–2027 and is available from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2027.
Aiming to strengthen knowledge transfer and innovation in rural regions, the funding addresses training and further education, education, consulting, as well as research & innovation. Applicants of all legal forms can apply for grants for the conception, organization, and implementation of training sessions, workshops, and information campaigns. Prerequisites include compliance with the special guideline for ELER project funding and the requirements of the Austrian CAP Strategic Plan 2023–2027. Applications are submitted via the Digital Funding Platform of Agrarmarkt Austria. Interested project sponsors should check the formal funding requirements and submit a complete funding application by no later than 31.12.2027 to contribute to sustainable regional development.
