Description
The certification program of the Emsland Foundation for Work and Family is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises, municipalities, and public institutions in the Emsland district that wish to make their personnel policies sustainably more family-friendly. Interested organizations with headquarters or operations in Emsland undergo several certification stages over a period of three to nine years – from initial certification through re-certification to lifetime award certification. Each phase is accompanied by an analysis of the current status, workshops, and target agreements. Business coaches support the development of tailored measures, while regular feedback sessions and progress evaluations ensure continuous optimization. Participation is ongoing; all necessary documents such as the registration form, image brochure, and flyer on the certification process are available in PDF format.
The goal of the program is to recognize family-conscious personnel policies through a regionally significant quality seal.
