ESF+ (21-27): Employment of Women to Build Work Capacity

The ESF+ program "Employment of Women to Build Work Capacity" in the Salzburg region supports employable women from Salzburg who face particular challenges in the labor market. The goal is the gradual strengthening of professional performance through low-threshold employment projects combined with socio-pedagogical support. The focus is on promoting reliability, perseverance, and the recognition of employment entitlements. By financially securing specific project costs, new opportunities arise for successful integration into the labor market and the long-term safeguarding of one’s own earning potential.

Applications are open to private individuals residing in Salzburg, of female gender, and of employable age. A prerequisite for approval is the submission of proof of incurred costs as well as a factual and indicator report. The grant is awarded continuously, and applications can be submitted at any time. The funding is provided directly from the European Social Fund (ESF+) and is based on EU Regulations No. 2021/1060 and No. 2021/1057.
