Description

The ESF+ initiative "Employment of Women for Building Employability" specifically supports low-threshold employment projects in Salzburg for employable women facing challenging labor market conditions. Funded measures include socio-pedagogical support that gradually improves participants' reliability, perseverance, and work performance, thereby opening sustainable prospects in the primary labor market. As a grant program with ongoing submission opportunities, it targets non-profit organizations, companies, public institutions, interest groups, cooperatives, foundations, and other associations wishing to implement projects in the fields of work & social affairs as well as women's promotion. The funding volume is available from February 1, 2023, until depletion and is based on the provisions of EU Regulation No. 2021/1060 and No. 2021/1057.

A prerequisite for receiving funding is participation in a time-limited selection procedure (call), in which applicants present their project ideas. For the application, a detailed concept including a financial plan, annual financial statement, excerpt from the commercial register or association register, clearance certificates from the tax office and social insurance providers, an overview of double funding, verifiable reference projects, as well as a personnel directory with qualification certificates must be submitted. Based on the submitted factual and cost reports, the disbursement of funds takes place. Experts and decision-makers benefit from a clearly structured application process that focuses on target groups and sustainability, thereby making an important contribution to labor market integration.
