Description
The funding guidelines for youth work of the district town of Bergheim support non-profit organizations, interest groups, and associations in North Rhine-Westphalia in strengthening voluntary engagement in the field of youth welfare in accordance with § 74 SGB VIII. Applications can be submitted around the clock for holiday and leisure programs, youth education measures, youth association projects, as well as the equipment and operation of group rooms. Funding is provided for children, adolescents, and young adults who are in school or vocational training, performing voluntary service, or without their own income, as well as for volunteers, supervisors, and leaders. The district town of Bergheim funds measures with a duration of up to 28 months at 100% of the documented costs, approximately €5 per day and participant for holiday camps. An additional allowance is granted for socially disadvantaged participants and group rooms up to €800. Infrastructure measures such as electricity, water, or waste disposal can be additionally supported upon application. Exclusion criteria include retroactive costs and school or commercial events.
