Support for the Biberach Community Foundation

The Bürgerstiftung Biberach supports charitable engagement in Biberach and the surrounding area on a permanent basis. Projects by clubs, educational institutions, associations, and initiatives active in the fields of social affairs, education, culture, migration, environmental and nature conservation, as well as child and youth welfare, are funded. The foundation supports initiatives that strengthen social cohesion, promote democratic coexistence, and implement innovative model projects. Sustainable support is at the core: from outdoor classrooms to local integration measures and energy efficiency projects, the funding policy is characterized by diversity and foresight.

Applications can be submitted continuously and independently of fixed deadlines. The prerequisite is that the organization is based or active in Biberach and its surroundings and can demonstrate non-profit status. The funding application is submitted easily via a standardized online form, which requests all necessary information about the project purpose, financial requirements, and other funding sources. Decisions are made voluntarily by the board and foundation council, who assess with expertise and empathy how a “financial drop of oil” can contribute to realizing the project ideas. Initiatives and institutions thus receive prompt support to effectively implement their commitment locally and sustainably improve the quality of life in the region.
