Funding of the Eduard Bay Foundation

For over a quarter of a century, the Eduard Bay Foundation has been committed to hospice work in the Westerwald region, institutions of Christian charity, and the support of homeless people in Rhineland-Palatinate. With its non-profit funding approach, the foundation supports projects that, in line with its purpose, aim at dignified care for the dying, loving neighborly assistance, and sustainable support for the homeless. Eligible to apply are non-profit organizations, public institutions, as well as private individuals who wish to implement innovative or established initiatives in the fields of social affairs, labor & social services. As a grant provider, the Eduard Bay Foundation continuously provides financial contributions to strengthen institutions and initiatives in the long term and to open up prospects for disadvantaged target groups.

Interested project sponsors may submit a funding inquiry at any time and will receive prompt feedback. A prerequisite for approval is that the proposed measure aligns with the foundation’s objectives – hospice work, Christian charity, or homeless aid. The uncomplicated submission via email or telephone enables a low threshold for access and ensures that even smaller initiatives benefit from the support. Through this flexible funding practice, the Eduard Bay Foundation makes a continuous contribution to the social infrastructure in the region and promotes sustainable networks that focus on human dignity and solidarity.
