Description

The foundation "Promoting Life" supports social and cultural project initiatives nationwide by public and non-profit institutions. The focus is on initiatives to help children in need, music education, and monument preservation. Eligible for funding are, for example, schools, music schools, music clubs, and school associations that, through their concepts, improve the living conditions of disadvantaged children, strengthen musical skills, or promote the preservation of historical buildings and cultural assets. Applications can be submitted continuously and easily: an informal written application by email is sufficient, outlining the intention and scope of the project. In addition, a detailed breakdown of the planned costs including cost estimates, information on possible co-financing by other donors, as well as the name and contact details of a contact person with bank details must be attached.

Funding is granted as a subsidy covering the actual financial need, provided the project aligns with the foundation’s objectives and is not already completed. Individuals are excluded. Funded institutions commit to using the funds in accordance with the application and to submitting a donation receipt upon completion of the project; furthermore, they agree to the possible mention as a reference on the foundation’s website. The straightforward application process and the long-term secured willingness to fund enable non-profit organizations to implement their social and cultural projects quickly and effectively and to make a sustainable contribution to social participation and cultural preservation.
