Description

The Wernstein Foundation supports anthroposophically influenced projects in the Bavaria region and assists nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, as well as private individuals. The focus is on strengthening the internal cooperation of the local community by providing event spaces, living areas, and land for development projects. With ongoing grants, initiatives in the areas of regional promotion, infrastructure, housing construction & modernization, as well as agriculture & rural development can be realized. A prerequisite is a location in Wernstein/Veitlahm and an anthroposophical orientation. Eligible expenses include rental costs for event spaces, provision of living spaces, and use of land. When awarding grants, the reviewers place special emphasis on the anthroposophical orientation, the long-term sustainability of the project, and the contribution to the internal cohesion of the institutions.


Interested individuals, associations, or institutions based in Wernstein/Veitlahm may submit their project ideas at any time and are encouraged to contact the foundation board in advance for personal consultation.
