Funding/Project Proposals for Social Construction and Real Estate Projects

The HKM Foundation supports non-profit associations, interest groups, and public institutions in the North Rhine-Westphalia region in the realization of social construction and real estate projects. The focus is on needs-based properties for disadvantaged target groups – especially children, adolescents, and seriously ill individuals. By creating sustainable living and care spaces in Leverkusen and the surrounding area, the regional community is to be strengthened in the long term and social inequalities balanced. Project ideas with a construction-related background can be submitted continuously and significantly contribute to supporting locally based initiatives and organizations in their important work.

Funding is provided for projects based or located in Leverkusen or its surroundings that demonstrate a clear target group orientation and convincing needs-based approach. As a grant provider, the foundation particularly evaluates the alignment with regional needs and the benefit for children, adolescents, and seriously ill individuals. For the application, a detailed project description, proof of need, and the completed contact form are required. Applications can be submitted at any time via the form; there is no fixed deadline. The HKM Foundation relies on close cooperation with project sponsors and leverages its expertise as a family-run construction project developer to professionally support projects from planning through to completion. With this continuous support, the foundation makes a valuable contribution to creating livable spaces for all people in the region.
