Description

Companies and public institutions in the Free State of Saxony benefit from an innovative initiative that strengthens barrier-free training and workplaces. The program supports the establishment of social security-obligatory training and employment relationships for severely disabled and equivalent persons with grants ranging from €2,500 to €5,000 per position. The goal is the sustainable promotion of participation opportunities by removing obstacles in the hiring process and systematically unlocking the potential of people with disabilities. Continuous application submission enables flexible planning before concluding the respective contract with the responsible Employment Agency.

Within a project duration of up to 24 months, employers are relieved and motivated to build inclusive structures. Eligible to apply are legal and natural persons with a place of business in the Free State of Saxony who offer a regular training relationship or a social security-obligatory workplace and do not rely on pension benefits due to full disability. A concept with flat rates and staggered payments in the first two years ensures planning security. Through financial support, up to 75 training and 225 employment positions can be realized to implement the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and to make society and the economy more inclusive.
