Funding objective
The aim of the funding is to advance the social, legal, and economic equality of women in Tyrol and to support the implementation of the Tyrol Equality Strategy. Projects and measures that contribute to the economic independence of women, promote balanced representation in decision-making bodies, break down role stereotypes, and strengthen violence prevention and protection against violence are supported.

Description
The State of Tyrol supports women- and equality-related projects throughout Tyrol within the framework of an ongoing grant program. Eligible for funding are companies, cooperatives, interest groups, other associations, non-profit organizations, public institutions, and private individuals who are active at the state headquarters or pursue the interests of persons living in Tyrol. The program promotes the social, legal, and economic equality of women and supports the implementation of the Tyrol equality strategy. Projects that contribute to the economic independence of women, promote balanced representation in decision-making bodies, break down gender stereotypes, and strengthen violence prevention and protection against violence are funded.
Funding applications can be submitted online at any time before the start of the measure (duration 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2028). The grant is provided as a share of eligible costs and requires own contribution. Non-eligible are liability for defaults, deficit coverage, and debt servicing. Recipients must have a registered office or branch in Tyrol or carry out their activities in Tyrol. The following documents must be submitted with the application: a detailed project description, a cost calculation with a financing plan for the project and the entire year, a declaration of requested or already granted funding, for first-time applicants an extract from the association register or commercial register or association statutes, as well as the “Checklist Violence Prevention” signed by the authorized representative.
