Description
The Tyrolean State Government supports musical cultural initiatives and institutions throughout Tyrol with a grant that can be accessed at any time and is available to private individuals as well as companies, non-profit organizations, associations, and clubs. The aim is to strengthen regional music structures and promote non-commercial concert and festival formats. Also supported are compositions with guaranteed premieres, music education and training programs, as well as productions with a clear Tyrolean connection. By financing acquisition and repair costs for musical instruments, traditional costumes, uniforms, and accessories, the program makes a significant contribution to the preservation and further development of local sound traditions. Rehearsal spaces can be equipped with music stands, music cabinets, and additional equipment to create optimal conditions for ensembles and choirs.
Eligible expenses include costs for general club activities, non-commercial event organization, award ceremonies, as well as education and training measures. Applicants must provide proof of the designated use of funds, for example through income-expenditure statements, annual financial statements, or original invoices. The process is conducted online; applications can be submitted at any time via the e-form of the State of Tyrol. The Department of Culture at the Office of the Tyrolean State Government coordinates all steps from application to payment and ensures transparent decision-making processes. Through this broad range of offerings, the diverse musical cultural life in Tyrol is sustainably strengthened and further developed.
