Funded Energy Consulting in the Dingolfing-Landau District

In the district of Dingolfing-Landau, private owners, condominium owners' associations, tenants, and leaseholders receive a grant of up to €200 for a qualified initial energy consultation of their residential building. The consultation, conducted by an energy consultant listed on the Energy Efficiency Expert List, provides an initial overview of energy consumption, system technology, and the building envelope. During a joint on-site discussion, potentials for energy optimization are identified and concrete recommendations for action as well as possible funding programs are outlined in a report. The prerequisite is that residential buildings – predominantly (≥ 50% area) used for residential purposes – have been approved for at least ten years and are located within the district area.

The application for the grant payment can be submitted to the Dingolfing-Landau District Office until 31.12.2026. Required documents include the fully completed application form, invoices or receipts for the consultation, proof of ownership (e.g., land register excerpt), and – in the case of condominium owners' associations – a declaration of consent. Payment is made after positive verification and successful submission of all documents. This funding offer supports the federal government's climate policy goals to increase energy efficiency and contributes to making the building stock nearly climate-neutral by 2045.
