Description
The IB Land Acquisition Loan of the State of Saxony-Anhalt supports start-ups, freelancers, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises with headquarters or business premises in Saxony-Anhalt that invest in commercially owner-occupied business buildings or production facilities. As a low-interest loan, up to €3 million (minimum amount: €25,000) is available covering 100% of the financing requirement, with a term of up to 20 years, including up to two years of repayment-free periods. The funding particularly includes investments in land and building acquisition, construction and conversion measures, as well as measures to improve energy efficiency and climate protection. The loan can be applied for continuously, enabling flexible financing of construction projects, modernization, and energy-efficient renovations.
Prerequisites include secured overall financing, sustainable profitability, and proof of creditworthiness and equity through a statement from the house bank. For energy efficiency measures, a final energy saving of at least 10% must be demonstrated. The refinancing of existing liabilities, pre-financing of refundable VAT, primary agricultural production, fisheries/aquaculture, and export-related activities are not eligible for funding. Selection is based on criteria such as sustainability, profitability, energy savings rate, and industry expertise, documented in a qualified business plan. To apply, among other documents, the application form, a financing plan, the sample documents for the business plan, SEPA direct debit mandate, SCHUFA self-disclosure, De-minimis declaration, economic owners, and proof of authorization to represent must be submitted. Applications can be submitted at any time to the Investment Bank Saxony-Anhalt, ensuring a fast and unbureaucratic implementation of individual company investment projects.
