Description
The Implacement Foundation represents a social partnership funding instrument of the Austrian Public Employment Service, supporting companies and public institutions across Austria in the demand-oriented qualification of unemployed individuals. The program focuses on individually tailored training and further education measures, developed in close cooperation with regional or industry-specific enterprises. By combining theoretical and practical modules, the qualification content is precisely adapted to the requirements of the labor market. Accompanied by professional case management, participants sustainably increase their chances of placement and actively contribute to managing structural change processes in the labor market.
Eligible are companies with a demonstrated personnel need that provide qualification placements, as well as the Public Employment Service (AMS) as a public-law institution. Both direct qualification costs and personnel costs for the continuous support of participants are funded. Allocation is based on the specific orientation of the measure to operational requirements as well as the intensity of cooperation between the implementing company and the AMS. Since applications can be submitted at any time, the Implacement Foundation offers a flexible option to strengthen labor market participation and reduce unemployment. Interested companies and public institutions receive comprehensive information on funding requirements and evaluation criteria from the Public Employment Service.
