Master Plan of the Duisburg Youth Sports Foundation

The master plan of the Duisburg Youth Sports Foundation is aimed at non-profit sports clubs in North Rhine-Westphalia that are members of the Duisburg City Sports Association and wish to implement investment projects. The funding offer can cover up to 50% of the investment costs for sports equipment and infrastructural measures, but no more than €1,000. A prerequisite for the grant is an informal application including a detailed cost and financing plan. After a positive resolution by the board of the City Sports Association, an advance payment of 50% of the approved funding amount will be made; the remaining payment is disbursed upon submission of the complete final accounting.

This continuously available grant opportunity specifically promotes the modernization and expansion of the sporting infrastructure of clubs in Duisburg and the surrounding area. Investment costs in the sports sector are funded – such as the acquisition of training equipment or structural repairs.
