Scholarships (fundgiving-at-universities) – E.W. Kuhlmann Foundation

The E.W. Kuhlmann Foundation, based in Hamburg, regularly awards scholarships to students from various disciplines as part of the project "fundgiving-at-universities." The aim of the funding is to support committed participants at the participating universities in their academic education. As a private sponsor, the foundation grants non-repayable subsidies, which are paid out directly through the cooperating universities. The financing is ongoing, thereby continuously providing new funding opportunities.

A prerequisite for receiving a grant is enrollment at one of the participating universities as well as a timely application submitted through the respective university. The selection criteria are based on the individual achievements and engagement of the students, as well as on the principles of economical and efficient foundation practice. This transparent process ensures that funds are allocated purposefully and promptly. Interested students are encouraged to inform themselves in a timely manner about internal calls and advisory services at their university and to submit the required documents there. Through this funding, the E.W. Kuhlmann Foundation makes a valuable contribution to educational equity in the Hamburg metropolitan region and supports students in realizing their full potential.
